Hello! Please be kind. I'm not entirely sure if this is the right sub.
So I have a laptop and a USB headset. My headset keeps on disconnecting for no reason at all and it is really very annoying bc it takes time to reconnect it again. I have tried my audio jack ports using my other earphones but the mic has static always so I'm guessing there's a problem with the audio jack ports and my work requires a USB headset anyway.
Going back, I have tried updating all the drivers and the thing related to the battery but it just keeps on disconnecting and when I do reconnect it just a little move would make it disconnect. I'm not sure if the problem resides with the headset BECAUSEEE sometimes when I reconnect it and I move a bit or remove it from my head it is still connected lol (like 5 out of times it's just like that).
Would it be a great idea to purchase a USB 2.0 Port Hub? Then connect my USB headset there?
P.S. I have a wired keyboard and mouse and they never disconnect from my laptop. Just my headset.

I have the HyperX cloud 2 headset for about 2 years now and never had an issue with it.
Two days ago i started up my computer and all of a sudden the microphone did not work anymore in discord. I googled a microphone tester and it said " Your microphone is probably being used or blocked by another application. To start your microphone, you must temporarily close the application. "
Here are the following things i have checked/completed on my desktop PC.
Is there anybody that have the same problem or knows a solution?

Two days ago i started up my computer and all of a sudden the microphone did not work anymore in discord. I googled a microphone tester and it said " Your microphone is probably being used or blocked by another application. To start your microphone, you must temporarily close the application. "
Here are the following things i have checked/completed on my desktop PC.
- The mic is attached correctly to the headset.
- The mute switch is not activated.
- I have tried several USB ports.
- I have deleted the drivers of the microphone, realtek, motherboard and installed it back again through various ways (Automatic, manually and via Easy Driver).
- The input and output device in the settings are correct.
- I have tried windows troubleshooting for the recording device, but it doesn't show a problem.
- The microphone use in privacy settings is enabled.
- Microphone is set as the default device.
- In the properties of the headset, the levels of the 'Headset Micropone' are set at 100.
- I have reset the windows audio service.
- I have updated Windows (10).
- I have used the headset on another desktop and then the microphone DOES work.
- Discord input and ouput settings are correct.
Is there anybody that have the same problem or knows a solution?

Goal as far as Microphone and instrument hookups is at least 4 (2 Mics, 1 Guitar, and 1 Bass) so that I can jam with friends in the studio (midi keyboards should all be USB capable).
So what I'm wondering is between 2 options:
A) Get a Audio Interface with four mic/instrument inputs like the Scarlett 18i8 so everything is plugged into one interface
B) Get an Audio Interface with 2 mic/instrument inputs, and then plug any additional mic/instruments into the back of the Maschine MK3 that I have, or even the Yamaha CK61 I have has one Instrument/Mic input. So using those devices with built in interfaces as expansion.
I'm on Windows, but I believe there is software such as Voicemeter that would allow me to aggregate the audio interfaces in a way with option B.
Anything I should know regarding pros/cons of these two methods?

I mainly want to use a PC for amplitube effects in real time. Does the air usb interface work well for this? What sample rate can it work at? It went on standby when I went to grab a bite to eat. Ever since it won't start up anymore. The HDD attempts to boot up but fails. The graphics card boots up but the cooling fans on it stop after a few seconds. -Tried to remove all USB cables and restart -Tried removing the RAM and swapping one of them to different ports, restarting after each swap. Have yet to try and do this with each RAM in each port one at a time. -Tried to clear CMOS. Found the pins in the manual and connected them. After I did that the PC didn't start at all for a few minutes, so I guess I did it correctly.

I am the 4th owner of this car. I know the exhaust was modified and the car was lowered but didn’t know the electricity was also modified.
My mechanic don’t believe the console is even related to the other issues. He doesn’t know what is the cause and don’t find this a reason to sell the car. I am a little skeptical of my mechanic. Since my gf’s mechanic had a 3 week waiting list, I had go to mine. He is not sure what is the main issue and is replacing part by parts. He said to replace the amplifier, the compressor, and the console in the middle which cost $10,000- $15,000. However, I am afraid it is actually not the real problem and the parts he replaced would once again breakdown. He is now awaiting for the parts to come in and we don’t even know when that would be.
I don’t believe something is wrong with the middle compartment since it sometimes work. I think it is the electricity not travelling through. However, my mechanic just wants to replace it.

- The first week of driving the car I noticed the break always squeak when I first turn on the car but as a drive it goes away. I was told not it is not fixable and lube won’t do.
- Half a year later the car sometimes doesn’t respond to the key remote and I would have to manually unlock or lock the car
- A year later, the AC stopped working. Even if I turn off the AC, the car still keeps blowing out very hot air. In the summer, it is very unpleasant to even be in the car. The faster you go the more hot air blows out.
- The heater seat also stopped working
- Few weeks ago, the middle compartment where the GPS (screen) also stopped working. I can no longer play music in the car and all outlets don’t work. USB outlet also doesn’t work. However, it does all of a sudden work few times a weeks.
- Last week, the arm rest on the passenger side started to boil heat and barely is touchable.

So really just after confirmation, is this not possible at all right now? I have a Switch Pro Controller (genuine, new Zelda one), that works fine via Steam Link except for the Gyro and the Rumble (although I think Rumble works if I use USB, same as my XBox Controller). There are Reddit threads and internet posts that say Gyro worked, nothing special required with this combination but they're all 2-5 years old. But now I don't see any where it's configurable manually or otherwise, Yuzu/Ryujinx see it as an Xbox 360 controller if I look in the Input options while connected via Steam Link, nothing I change in there matters either.
Connected directly to my PC not using Steam Link, Gyro works fine (and Yuzu/Ryujinx detect it as a Switch Pro Controller). The best i've got it is to connect the controller directly via Bluetooth to my PC and use Betterjoy when I'm using Steam Link but obviously this is limited in distance to how far my PC and TV are.
