VANCOUVER, BC / THENEWSWIRE / May 25, 2023 – Element 79 Gold Corp. (CSE:ELEM) (OTC:ELMGF) (FSE: 7YS) ("Element 79 Gold", the "Company") announces that, further to its November 17, 2022 release, the Company has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") for the sale of two properties from its Battle Mountain Portfolio located in the gold mining district of northeastern Nevada, US to a subsidiary of Centra Mining Ltd. ("Centra").
Under the terms of the Agreement, Centra has agreed to purchase all of Element79 Gold's interests and obligations in relation to the Long Peak Project ("Long Peak") and the Stargo Project ("Stargo") in exchange for a total consideration of CAD 1,000,000 payable by the issuance of an aggregate of 2,500,000 common shares of Centra at a deemed price of CAD 0.40 per share (the “Payment Shares”). The transaction is expected to close on or before June 30, 2023, and is subject to regulatory approval.

Element79 Gold’s Battle Mountain Portfolio
The Battle Mountain Portfolio was originally comprised of 15 separate projects totaling over 44,478 acres across 2,203 unpatented claims in five counties: Elko County, Eureka County, Humboldt County, Lander County, and Nye County. Most of the Battle Mountain Portfolio is located within the Battle Mountain Trend, with several projects close to globally reputable gold deposits including Nevada Gold's Cortez Mine.
The Battle Mountain Portfolio is comprised primarily of early-stage projects. While drilling has been completed at some projects, such as Elder Creek (155 holes) and Clover (104 holes), many have only surface sampling and geophysical surveys completed. So hopefully my first VA payment will happen in 3 days, but when I check online and through the app it still shows no disability percentage. I just discharged the 12th of this month and was told there would be a final check for accuracy on the claim. I just tried to call the va, but I got a message telling me to call back during business hours for some reason. Is it normal for everything to still be pending like this?

Hey SaaS enthusiasts, here's the story of our 2-month-old startup, Zentask, and how we pivoted our business model following a challenging first month.
Initially, Zentask gained popularity on Product Hunt, ranking as the top 2 product of the day. Our original concept was an AI prompt marketplace where prompt engineers could monetize their work. For each use of their prompts, they would receive payment. Think of it as Spotify for GPT Prompts!
We arrived at this idea after noticing individuals selling prompt collections on marketplaces for $3. We wondered why anyone would do that, as the value of a prompt would diminish to zero after its first sale due to exposure. Consequently, we determined that it would be a wise decision to conceal the prompt from customers on the backend, so they stay private. This way, a prompt engineer could potentially sell their prompt an infinite number of times.
To attract users, we provided 20 free credits for them to test our service. However, our $20/month credit-based subscription model faced some hurdles. We thought that it will be okay to sell more credits so the users could use the best quality prompts. Users were hesitant to utilize the service, fearing they would exhaust their credits. Despite our emphasis on prompt engineers, we couldn't draw them or their followers to our platform.
Full rebuild.
With only $600 MRR in the first month and high churn rates, we restructured our business model, UX, and positioning. Zentask now offers a free service with GPT3.5 and stable diffusion for images, catering to text-related needs like analysis, rewriting, and writing, etc. Our revenue is generated through the $30 PRO account, granting access to GPT4, improved stable diffusion, and ZenSpaces - our feature to organize prompts / prompt collections. We plan to introduce more premium features this summer.
We launched this revamped version a few days ago and are advertising on Google and Twitter. Although no new subscriptions have come in yet, we're eager to hear your thoughts. Can Zentask survive and thrive in this highly competitive market? Share your insights and suggestions!

Fulfilled most of the requirements such as space, automatic, looks, interiors, budget.
Unsure about, engine refinement, performance and mileage, after sales experience, build quality, driving aesthetics (yet to test drive)
Found it to be more spacious than Fronx, but I’m in 2 minds about Renault.

Well I’m done for the next year or three… or week. Someone here posted that the Memorial Day sales were pretty insane and I just had to look. Stupid me.
Well I’m done buying pens for a while as I just got two grail pens and a few others. I’ll post when they come in this Friday, but officially I’m on a “buy no pen 2023”. I didn’t put “buy no new pen” because I would get vintage then.
I was doing so well but a few of these prices were too insane to pass, plus discounts and using rewards to further discounts… sigh I’m done.
Oddly enough I have no buyers remorse so I feel good about the two incoming grail pens. Every excited and this sub is really dangerous to the wallet.

I have no way of knowing if Dr. Henry and his ego has or had a plan for Sorrento, but if they did, it became the first casualty of the battle, which is not uncommon. Scientific minds sometimes have a hard time understanding the importance of cash, I think that bit Dr. Henry hard. Most hopefully, Elizabeth has been able to convince Dr. Henry and his ego that Sorrento does not have the cash nor can they obtain the cash to continue operations as is. Nor do they have the ability to raise the cash necessary to build out Sorrentos infrastructure to bring the pipeline to fruition. I can’t see a sale of the parts bringing Dr. Henry’s dream to reality. The bankruptcy took Dr. Henry off of the podium and put him into first chair violin. He can turn the orchestra, but he can’t run it up.A buyout brings a new Director to the podium and fills in the rest of the orchestra. Really don’t want to see our investment “ half assed”. Fini.

A local dealership is running a Memorial Day lease special on an jeep GC 4xe EV that qualifies for the $7500 federal tax credit. Despite what I’m reading about income caps that would disqualify me and that $7500 now being $3750 on that model, the dealership is claiming they have a work around for both. How does that work?
And second, I sat in the vehicle on Sat, confirmed it was still on the website Sat night, emailed the sales person that was working with me late that night to find out if I could come in this morning (Monday) to close the deal, crickets. I don’t even want to negotiate, I’m cool with their advertised prices, I’m open to which exact vehicle it ends up being off their lot (including any number of 2022s they already have duplicate of 2023s on their lot) I have tier one credit and my trade is paid off and straight forward on the price, they can take or leave it at $10k. I texted him mid afternoon yesterday to let him know that the email was in his inbox in case it got caught in a spam filter, still crickets. Have I given that sales person enough time? I couldn’t care less, but as someone who also does sales, I wouldn’t want to cut the guy out just because he wanted a day off, I have all the time in the world as long as I still get the Memorial Day sale deal or something close to it, but no response from two main forms of communication over a holiday weekend makes me think he’s just too busy selling cars to care. What’s good customer practice in a situation like this?
