2023.06.04 16:04 GalacticGabe Is the most straightforward approach to the game the best approach?

The strategy is simple, and almost foolproof if your opponents don't know what you're doing: raise preflop with your big hands (JJ, QQ, KK, AA, AK, AQ suited KQ suited) and limp-call with a wider range of hands that are still strong but more speculative. This includes other broadways / suited broadways as well as lower pocket pairs, suited aces, and suited connectors between 4 5 and 9 10.
Let me explain. Now with a hand like AK, you will be flopping top pair with top kicker 33% of the time. It will usually be the best hand however, it is subject to getting coolered and the more players in the hand the more likely this becomes. With aces, heads up vs a random hand you'll win about 85% of the time and even the best matchups vs aces you will still win 75% of the time. However, in a 10 way pot, aces only hold 30% of the time.
However with a suited connector between 45 and 10J you will be flopping an open ended straight draw, flush draw, or a gutshot with a backdoor flush draw (this is less playable but rare enough playing it won't crush your ev and it's a great semibluff) (playable draws with around a 1/3 chance to hit your hand) only around 25% of the time however, when you do hit your draw, it will be the best hand way more often then not even in a 10 way pot and the more people in the pot the more likely someone has a hand like top pair with a good kicker or top 2 pair and will be willing to call you down. Sure you will sometimes get coolered by a better flush or straight but generally it's super rare.
Again, with a pocket pair like 55 you will flop a set only 12.5% of the time however, when you do you will be way ahead of hands like top pair or even top 2 pair that are willing to call you down and even against a flopped straight or flush, you will be improving to a full house by the river and beating them anyways 30% of the time. So again, it makes sense to limp in and keep more people in the pot. Sure you could get coolered by a higher set but generally you're not going to get a higher pocket pair to fold before the flop by raising anyways. Always bet your set.
Now my strategy is not new, players like the late Doyle Brunson have been advocating for it since the 70's however, it has fallen out of favor in recent years since generally, when you limp in at a cash game at a casino, strong regulars will raise you and when you miss the flop will raise you off of the pot however, you can beat them by throwing in well timed traps and bluffs, and when they realize that you play these sorts of hands like suited connectors for a raise and are willing to gamble it makes it a lot easier to bluff certain flops like say, 569 rainbow (way more risky to try and bluff a double suited flop especially with no pair no draw since you could potentially get called by the nut flush draw, and get beat by ace high lol)

Do the developers take a serious look at the state of the game and fix things? Or do they just watch a YouTube video and start nerfing? I went for the latter, it’s not possible that I have no idea of the druid’s status and nerf it. Heck man how do I explain druid is terrible early game how do I explain druid is terrible mid game and how do I explain druid isn’t a good class until you have legendaries and that doesn’t happen until you get in in world 3 and if you’re lucky otherwise still a mediocre class. the druid doesn’t have any viable builds that can be played other than Pulverize, the druid is by far the worst clean and damage class, most classes take 10 min to clear the entire dungeon in t3 and the druid in 30 min. I don’t understand why the manager doesn’t know that the druid is the slowest, he has no mobility, the wolf class still has a long way to go to be something that can be played and enjoyed, druids are not interested in the lightning launcher class, yes If so, I would play a wizard who is a thousand times more powerful than the druid in terms of magic and 5 times faster in mobility. 20 hours wasted by the bugs of a guy who doesn’t see game state and nerfs classes through a YouTube video he saw somewhere. disappointed and very angry. If you plan to do nerfs see the state of the class first, the barbarian totally justified. but the druid has absolutely no viable build, the only one that can be played at the moment is Pulverize,

2023.06.04 16:03 thestrangedavinci I am done with all the bosses in the game and here is my thoughts

There might be minor spoiler up ahead so heads up!
First of all, I am an old school GoW fan who finished each title number of times. I am super glad to see such mechanics and story in new gen GoWs. In the GoW 2018 I love boss fights because of the mechanics and how they were somehow balanced and skill based in its own way. You could get obliterated right away if you weren't careful. Thats way I replayed GoW 2018 so many times, each difficulty was challenge on its own for you to try different combination of fighting. I still remember the feeling of accomplishment when I killed Sigrun on GMGOW for the first time, it felt so awesome.
However, in Ragnarok, boss fights aren't balanced at all. You either destroy them in a minute or they just take 10 minutes to kill because your attacks and powers don't do any damage at all. You just block, dodge, hit your combo or rune attack and rinse and repeat for 10 minutes. For instance, I fought the berserker king and Gna today for the first time and instead of feeling challenged, they felt tedious as hell, they were way too overpowered but in a worst possible way, I am full set, everything is at 9 level, got my modes on my skills and still, my attacks don't do any damage whatsoever and they 2 hit me. I am sorry to see in Ragnarök, devs chose the oldest trick in gaming history to "crank up the difficulty" they decided to make the fights unfair instead of making them skill based, and what's with the nerfing the fuck out of spartan rage? On give me god of war difficulty, spartan rage is pretty much useless. Even when you use valor option, it pretty much gives you no health to stand on your ground.
I was using spartan rage to give myself one more chance in GoW 2018 and change the tides of the fight if it is necessary so it was a tactical power to rely on. Each time you were about to use rage, you had to think of consequences because you might get caught up in a boss fight without it and it would actually affect your fight so much. But in ragnarok I think I used it couple of times and each time was just useless no matter on which mode I was using it.
On the other hand, I fought Thor and Odin with such an ease that I didn't even use my rage and they are the final bosses of the game. I was so hyped to play NG+ but after boss fights my opinion changed completely. I am just gonna put the game aside and maybe come back couple of months later to experience the story again.
My intention isn't to shit on the game or anything, I just love the story, and game mechanics and the overall experience but this unfair boss fights destroys the replayability of this beautiful game. I am just sad and have no gamer friend to share my frustration so If you read everything thank you, have a solid time playing this game.

i thought somethings went bad after clone, when resizing, so i restored timeshift backup, and i still can't boot.

Hello friends, today I thought it would be fun to take a look at the Milwaukee Bucks' cap sheet and make some general observations about what to expect from them this offseason and moving forward. It's another big offseason for them as they no doubt are looking to improve their core, or at the least keep it together for another run. Let's see what that might look like.
Here is the Bucks' cap sheet heading into the 2023 offseason:

So as of right now, the Bucks have over 157.8 million committed to 8 players, including Middleton and Carter who have player options. With the luxury tax line expected to fall around 162 million, re-signing their key free agents could get very expensive for ownership if Middleton does opt into the final year of his contract. The new second apron and its dreaded penalties aren't set to kick in until next season so management doesn't have to worry about that for now, but of course that doesn't mean there isn't a limit put on them for what they can spend.
Milwaukee's free agents include Lopez, Ingles, Crowder, Thanasis, Matthews, Dragic, and Meyers Leonard. Lopez is obviously the priority, but he has value on the open market and will expect fair compensation if he does decide to return. The purpose of this exercise is not to debate the value of certain free agents and how much they'll get this summer, but we need to make some estimates. Let's say Lopez re-signs with the Bucks for 3 years, 15 million per season. In a scenario where Middleton and Carter pick up their 2023-2024 options, Milwaukee's total salary would be at around 10.8 million over the luxury cap this summer with 6 roster spots to fill out.
The ownership has shown willingness to pay luxury tax in the past, but there's always going to be a limit. And now there are new complications with paying the tax bill thanks to the new CBA. The already infamous 2nd apron is staring down teams, daring them not to cross. Furthermore, the Bucks are set to pay the luxury tax for a fourth consecutive season, triggering the repeater tax, which is even more brutal under the new CBA. The tax increase is reportedly not set to take effect until next year, but teams will still have to plan accordingly. And even without the increase, the repeater tax is pretty brutal as it stands.
Ownership dug into their pockets last season and paid out about 84 million in luxury tax after the team's payroll went almost 30 million over the line. However, if we assume that ownership is willing to pay the same amount this year, which isn't a given, then management can only allow the payroll to go about 24 million over the line for 2023-2024. While this is possible in a scenario where Middleton picks up his option and they pay Lopez around 15 million, it will involve a lot of veteran minimums and it's hard to see Milwaukee being able to use the taxpayer MLE to add a fresh face.
If management's desire is to bring back the core of the team and see how they perform under a new coaching staff, then I imagine they will look to negotiate a new deal with Middleton. Considering that he has 40.4 million sitting on the table, we shouldn't expect Khris to accept anything less than a large, long-term deal to replace it. Middleton opting out to sign a 4-year deal worth 28 million per year could make sense for both sides. From Khris's perspective it would be like adding 3 years for 72 million onto his current 40 million dollar deal, which is a fair extension for someone with his age and injury history. From the Bucks' perspective, they free up 12.4 million this season which they can use to comfortably re-sign Lopez and maybe even bring back Crowder or use the MLE in free agency.
Let's say that both Ingles and Thanasis re-sign to veteran minimum deals. Since it's probably an underpay, let's also say that Carter turns down his player option and re-signs for 2 years, 5 million annually. Here is what the Buck's cap sheet could *theoretically* look like after using the full taxpayer MLE, re-signing Middleton and Lopez, and filling out the roster with a couple vets and a rookie:

Under this configuration, the Bucks can keep their choice of free agents and also utilize the taxpayer MLE to add a new player to help them on their mission to win another championship. Of course, I don't expect their front office to end up with this cap sheet exactly as there are many different paths that they can go this summer. However, the Middleton decision is absolutely a domino for them as it could mean the difference between being able to run it back with a new free agent addition or struggling to re-sign Lopez.
TLDR: The Bucks are set to pay into the luxury line for a fourth consecutive season, triggering the repeater tax. It will be expensive, but feasible to bring back their key players from last season. Negotiating a new long term deal with Middleton could open up room to allow them to utilize the tax payer MLE this summer.

So I don't really know how to start this properly.
Some required context-
My dad owns an apartment. We're middle class, but he got lucky with some investments a couple years ago. The tenant wanted to move out in March, and I wanted to live by myself after having finished college last year. The past year has been rocky for me- I've been working since I was 16 in a field I love, which I had to stop because of developing some serious hearing damage, which was a major factor in my work. I decided to start a business in that industry with a friend of mine, who then proceeded to take everything we were working on together, and blocking me on every platform. I have some money saved up, and wanted to live by myself to get some mental clarity and start working on starting another business (which is going swimmingly), but my dad suggested I move here in April instead. My goal is to move out by next year so he can start making some money off this place again. I'm grateful for him but don't want to rely on him for everything.
Now to the issue at hand- I met this guy my first year of uni. We're not like bffs, but we have a few things in common. I basically asked him to move in with me to try and help him out, because he kept complaining about his life at home being messy (it's normal in our culture to live with parents well into adulthood, so no judging there). We lived together for a month in uni when both of us were in between accomodations, so I didn't think it would be that bad.
Spoiler alert, it was.
For starters, he's vegan and I'm not. I'm indifferent to it, but he basically makes me schedule my meals and then makes me spray room freshener around the house after I cook because the smell bothers him. I only eat chicken, and even though I admit that meat smells a lot, chicken doesn't smell that much to warrant the extreme reactions he has. My family is vegetarian and I had no problem at home, while he keeps saying how he feels like throwing up, when the kitchen is on the other side from his room, and he locks himself in when I cook. He also makes us eat on different plates and track which ones we use for "hygiene" reasons because of it. Which wouldn't be too much of a problem, if they weren't my plates.
Second, I've realized that we're incompatible to live with. We both are learning and developing to go into our careers, but this guy does like 3-4 hours of work a day and then plays video games. I told him I'm working about 50 hours a week, and plan to step it up to 70-80 for a while when I launch my business. I've done that before, and he said that I shouldn't do that. Mind you, this guy's never worked yet. He also dropped out of one uni in his last year, and then joined with me in an entirely different course first year and coasted by. I'm obsessed with working hard and playing harder, while this guy legitimately half asses both and then feels guilty about doing one thing less. If he wants to live like that and be content, I respect that. But I can't have that energy around me anymore. I've always put others before me, but now I want to help myself.
I also told him that I'm going straight edge for the year (I've smoked two cigarettes though, 2 months apart), and upon moving in he started saying how he found some connections for weed (we used to smoke together in college). I got him to not go through, but I suspect he still wants to. There's a lot more smaller things, but those are the main ones. This guy has a negative emotional reaction to everything, and his first instinct whenever we talk about anything life/fitness related is to immediately say "not necessarily" or find some weird outlier as an exception.
I will ask him to move out in September, because by that time it would have been 6 months of him living here, which I feel should have been ample time to get his shit together. The problem is though, he's visiting his parents right now, so there's a good chance I'll have to say it through text. (I have to say it before july, because the way we decided to live is that he doesn't pay rent but covers all other expenses like maintenance, electricity etc. Both me and my dad think that's more than generous. Those bills are paid quarterly).
How do I go through with it? I'm fine if we don't talk after that, but the two months he'll be here, I'd ideally like a peaceful environment.

Once her friends caught up with her, Kazue spent the rest of the afternoon with them in the library, taking some time to pull Gako and Tia aside to thank them for their thoughtfulness in trying to include her in their forming group, then gave each of them a ‘thank you’ kiss, which was the sort of kiss she’d been making sure Mordecai and Moriko were OK with as a one-time event.
After that, she escorted them through the fifth floor where the cavern had been opened up and laganthros were designing and laying out ideas for mushroom-based buildings. Most of the group loved the idea, though one of them had to admit she was a little put off by mushrooms and other fungi. Still, they all had their own ideas for quests and challenges, and Kazue was happy to note them all down.
By the time they got to the central room, the other group was long since occupied, so the party that followed involved seven young kitsune women entertaining themselves by harmlessly flirting with one ancient dungeon core. Wise and experienced he might be, but Mordecai was at a disadvantage here and gracefully conceded to any defeats in the verbal sparring. The flirting only went so far of course, and Kazue was the only one allowed to seat herself in his lap, but all were entertained until it was time to get the now thoroughly inebriated shrine maidens off to their room for the night.
The two cores then spent the rest of the night and well into the next morning finishing up their plans for the fifth floor. These would be gifted to all Azeria clan shrine maidens who made it through the dungeon, though that was going to be a more difficult task over time. They were also granted some individual items: an internally expanded bag, a hat that can alter one’s appearance through illusions, a cloak that would help one blend into shadows if they were trying to hide, boots to make one more agile and give an occasional burst of speed, and a scarf enchanted to enhance dance performances with minor illusions. The one who had her shiny spellbook already had a special gift of her own.
For the warrior party Mordecai started with the shield maidens, gifting them with reinforced shields backed by runes to increase their sturdiness. Their old shields had been rather badly damaged in the earlier fights, and they had already picked up some cold iron and silvered swords on the third floor. The spear maiden was presented with a longspear made of rowan and tipped with a mithral head. The rune it bore would allow it to pierce even creatures not entirely on this plane, This mostly meant undead of various sorts, but there were other sorts of phantasmal creatures that had limited physical presence.
The huntress accepted the gift of a long-barreled gun after trying it out. Mordecai had modified the design of the pistol for a longer, longer gun based on descriptions and a little bit of experimentation, though he wasn’t sure if this was similar to the ‘muskets’ others had discussed. It couldn’t fire as fast as her bow and it had some other trade-offs that would make it a situational weapon for her, but new options were always good.
The mage was happy with her collection of scrolls and was intending to copy them to her spellbook when she had a chance, so the final presentation was a staff for the priest. While not quite as enthusiastic a number as what Kazue’s mother had gotten, it gave him an additional selection of healing and curative spells at his command each day.
Once everyone had said their goodbyes and departed, the two of them turned their attention back toward Moriko, who was getting ready for her royal dinner.

Moriko was feeling much better than she had the other day when she first went to visit mistress Ula. The visit with the princesses had helped allay her fears about the court, though they had let her know that court could be that bad, which was part of the point of having her come to a private dinner first, to establish that Moriko did have allies. No matter how noble the ancestry or enlightened a nobility, there was always someone who craved more power and felt threatened by newcomers.
Those who had risen to a basic lordship by being Marked were more insulated both by the nature of the favor they bore and by the fact that they tended to not be very political. Moriko was a more complicated situation, and thus inherently political if for no other reason that someone would insist on seeing her that way.
But that wasn’t anything she was going to have to deal with tonight. So for the moment she focused on getting ready, which included posing and moving under Ula’s directions once more as the woman made sure the dress fit properly.
Moriko had thought that the dress was what was going to make her most self-conscious this evening. She hadn’t accounted for the foundational garments that the princesses had insisted upon. It wasn’t like they were going to check or anything, but Moriko was convinced they would somehow know if she didn’t follow instructions in this matter. A fancy dress required that every layer be just as special.
And it wasn’t like Moriko wore dowdy undergarments or anything, but these felt like being naked would actually be more modest. And knowing how to pick such items out was not a skill she had expected of proper princesses. Though a couple of them were married…
Well, she’d at least be able to put them to good use when she got home. The thought made her smirk, partly because of the realization that the default of ‘home’ really had shifted in her head. It was nice, and that was a thought she shared with her husband and wife as she felt their presences focus on her. They were always in the back of her mind somewhere, but it was nice feeling them pay more attention to her. “Guests are gone I take it?”
The affirmation came with some images showing Moriko all the prizes that had been won, and she couldn’t help but smile more at Kazue’s excitement. Ula eyed her then snorted. “If I didn’t already know you were a newlywed, that smile would give it away. I can’t decide if the ability to hear a man’s thoughts would be more of a blessing or a curse, but you sure seem happy about it.”
Moriko found herself blushing, which caught her off guard. How did these women make her feel so damn young? It was like she was a teenager again. Mordecai whispered into her mind “That’s called being in love dear.”
To be fair, she hadn’t been actually in love before, however much she loved many of the people in her life. Still, she felt that his reply deserved a toothless mental growl, then she turned her attention back to getting ready. There wasn’t much to do at this point really, but it was hard not to fuss. At least some of her accessories could double as fidgets. Carrying a handbag was weird though.
Finally, the carriage arrived to take her off to the castle, and she got to sit back and take in the view of the city center. The center of the city was built upon a large, gradual hill, topped by the royal castle. Surrounding that were various other estates, some of them belonging to the royal family, some to other nobility.
It was here that the mix of various styles of architecture was thrown into starkest contrast. With what she now knew, it was clear that there was technically a ‘native’ style and an ‘introduced’ style. The history from before Kuiccihan had been founded had always been a little vague, but that two or more cultures had been thrown together was clear, no doubt the result of the heroes and armies that had responded to the emergency resulting from Mordecai’s actions. And the center of the city had been built when things were less harmonious, recovering from a thousand years of nothing bigger than a city-state being stable.
It was a somewhat depressing image, but also hopeful. They’d managed to come together eventually after all. She dwelled on those thoughts until the carriage finally reached the entrance she’d be using before being brought to the main hall. The Seneschal and a couple of maids still had to decorate her properly with the royal jewelry that had been selected for her.
This brought up a piece of advice that had come from Mordecai, not the princesses, and Moriko could see why they didn’t mention it. She should make sure to verbally appreciate all of the jewelry, but praise the piece that she liked the most a little more. As a first-time diplomatic guest in good favor, there was a strong chance that the king and queen would choose to gift her with one piece of what she was currently being bedecked with. Of course, choosing a single item was going to be difficult, they were all dazzling, and she was somewhat reluctant to accept any gift of that sort, they all had to be expensive and have some history associated with them. She didn’t need any guidance to tell her that while initial resistance was expected, she wasn’t actually supposed to refuse.
When the seneschal was satisfied, she was escorted to the entrance of the main hall, where she was to wait a moment to be properly introduced.

2023.06.04 15:58 FarWestEros Why are folks so pessimistic about Harden?

The Rockets are pretty set at wing with Jalen, Jabari, KPJ, Tari and KJ. Every single one of those guys can play ball... and should improve even more next year.
We need a PG and a C to help AlP, and we have $60M to make that happen. We can afford Harden and have enough for a quality backup Center to boot. How is adding the best PG in FA (if possible) even a question?!
Those 8 guys will be talented and synergetic as hell. There should be progression to the mean from their shooting this year, and if that happens and they stay healthy, the team could easily take a Sacramento-sized leap next year.
The Kings have bad defense, and we most likely would, too, but that doesn't matter so much in the regular season. Harden can teach these kids how to grind out those regular season wins. He may carry a large part of the load next season, but in a couplefew years, our guys should be starting to enter their primes and really ready to take the reins. Playing with Harden should help them see what it takes. He's an ideal bridge for a team that wants to vault into contention. There is nothing wrong with Jalen getting a chance to be the 2nd option behind Harden for a couple years. The decreased attention should help him get easier looks than he has had to manufacture so far. AlP can stagger 'hub' duties for now, too. These guys don't need to be the leaders of the team in year 3 (besides, I still think Jabari is destined to take that role).
And I didn't even mention our FRPs yet! Because they just aren't critical components for us winning games...In fact, I'd say drafting Amen will likely hurt our odds of winning and would probably look to send him to the G-League next season. The simple fact that I can suggest that course of action is a testament to how talented our rotation is going to be next year...KJ is probably (hopefully) the weakest link. And he's pretty good! Way better then the guys we gave thousands of minutes to this season.
Add in the success of play-in teams this year and recognize how that likely encourages the whole Pacific Division to set the regular season to cruise control, and there should be a good opportunity to steal some wins.
If Harden signs (and plays) along with another high-quality vet (or 2), I suspect the improvements from all these other facets will be enough to double our wins.

2023.06.04 15:58 JPDG Empty Mirrors: How to Craft Your Narrative

Introduction On our roleplay server, characters are free to craft a storyline for their vampire. I wanted to make a post regarding different ways players go about creating such a story. Of course, there is no one way to create a narrative for your vampire, but here are a few ways I’ve seen players roleplay on our Discord and in-game.
Journaling
Although not my forte, some players enjoy journaling out their character’s stories. They take what they did in-game and put it to paper, so to speak. An example would be journaling how their character awoke, fought through some slothful undead, and fought a large wolf to drink its blood.
The main challenge with journaling is that a player can easily zip through many bosses or stages of the game in a matter of hours. It can be difficult to keep up with a narrative journal in V-Rising, as progression is so fast. Also, this can be rather boring (as every vampire will fight bosses and progress). Regardless, some players enjoy this narrative style. It’s not a bad place to start if someone is new to roleplaying online.

Recreating In-Game Roleplay
Another common way people craft a narrative is to write out the roleplay they experienced in-game. Let’s say your character meets up with another and they dialog for about fifteen minutes. Some players like to take inspiration from that encounter and recreate it. Of course, not all of the conversation can be captured and much of the interaction may need alteration.
The primary difficulty here is that it can be challenging to capture every relevant encounter. I’ve had a few roleplay encounters last more than an hour. Remembering and dictating everything is a massive headache. The other challenge here is that recreating scenes can be rather tedious. Why? Well, a player has already done the roleplay. As someone who writes often, it is an absolute pain to write something twice.
Inviting Others to Your Unique Goal
This is my preferred way to craft a character storyline. It requires that a character has an authentic goal. Something distinct. Something more than just building a castle and gaining power. Perhaps your vampire is having disturbing nightmares. Or she’s looking for a long-forgotten tome. Perhaps he’s had a lover captured by the Church of Luminance or wants to learn more about the twisted knowledge of the Trancendum.
Here I am going to give you an example of what this could look like in game, along with some narrative advantages of this particular style.
Amycus is a recently awakened vampire. He dabbled in necromancy but was put to death by the Church of Luminance. The Dark Powers saw it fit to reawaken him as a vampire. His goal is to find an ancient curse to hex the leaders of the church, but does not know where to start. At the same time, he has heard shrill whispers in his ears. Some are indistinguishable. Other times, he hears voices about a debt being owed for his gifted, undead life.
Godwin shares with Hilda a possible contact that may help her reach her goal.
Here are some advantages to his type of narrative creation:

You invite others into your story: You get to craft a story for your vampire and invite others to participate in it. If done well, you can actually create a narrative “need” that encourages your character to reach out to others for help. In our example, Amycus needs to find other vampires to help him in his quest to find an ancient curse.
It is not dependent on boss or game progression: This is huge, as the content in V-Rising can easily be completed in a few days if someone has the time to do so. Your narrative isn’t dependent on how fast or slow you progress in the game. Here, Amycus’ story can unfold at whatever pace he desires, regardless of his advancement.
Roleplay can be both in Discord and in-game: With a unique goal, roleplay can be in-game or on a platform such as Discord. It opens up roleplay for others to join on their time and schedule. Perhaps Amycus sends out messages to his fellow vampires asking about the strange whispers that he hears. The post is put up in Discord, and other players can respond in character at their leisure.
Your story can intertwine with others: The beautiful thing about story progression is that it can develop upon meeting other players. For Amycus, perhaps he meets another vampire who was previously an exorcist for the Church of Luminance before being turned. We’ll call her Rose. Rose actually has insight into what the voices could be and how to silence them. This portion of Amycus’ storyline can take a bit of a twist and go in another direction.

Conclusion With all of that in mind, there is no one way to craft a narrative. However, I’ve found the latter to be the most flexible and enjoyable. A while back I started writing down ideas for season 4 of Kuroko and my friends liked it and said I should post it here so here goes!
Kuroko: After Kagami leaves and Teppei has to stop playing, it looks pretty bleak for Seirin, however on the first training session of the new year they all come back from holiday and to their surprise, Mitobe has grown! not a ridiculous amount, but enough that his now 6"3-6"5. But the biggest surprise is that when Kuroko walks in, to all of their surprise he has hit a growth spurt, now standing at a solid 6" - 6"1. Everyone noticed him, due to his new growth spurt his lack of presence is gone! His greatest strength is gone. So for their first practice game, where they are testing the new recruits (who are all pretty strong considering Seirin won the cup last year and a lot of prospects would want to go to a strong team) and Kuroko is almost useless, his passing sucks because his size means he lost the tempo of passes, because of his new height his shotting technique has too high an arch and he misses, he can no longer ghost around the court.
So he is benched, and during the first tournament, he does nothing but feel useless. He has special training with Riko and even Kagetora, but he still struggles, but during the season he would have meetings and games with each of the GOM where they would help him grow, Murasakibara teaches him to block, Aomine teaches him to use his dribbling, Mido teaches him to shoot with a high arch, Kise teaches him to use his instincts and Akashi teaches him to pass better. By the end of the season, Kuroko would be able to do it all, not as well as the other players, but better than other non GOM players. Kuroko gets better with his version of emperor's eye. I imagine that he would be able to enter the zone and the true zone, considering he has the greatest love for the game and his team than anyone else.
Kise: has a story line where his body isn't suited for Basketball, the toll that his ZPC puts on him is massive, and due to his modelling he has been afraid to put on muscle to ruin his physique so he needs to learn to let his fears go and train his body to handle ZPC, maybe he gets an injury and for his rehab trains his muscles and eats more so his body grows slightly bulkier and broader (not like Silver but more like Kioshi).
Aomine: now has the motivation to work with his team and train, but with Kagami leaving he worries that the motivation will be gone, but he slowly through the season regains the passion he had in the early scenes of him at Teiko, he enjoys time training Kuroko, facing Kise and Akashi, as well as getting to know and form friendships with his teammates Ryo and Waka.
Midorima: has little growth until towards the later part of the season, he gets beat again, and begins to realise that he is currently (aside from Kuroko) the weakest of the GOM, even telling Takao that he is the only GOM who will never enter the GOM. Akashi points out that this is because he thinks to much during the game, he doesn't rely on instincts, he is too cerebral. However, before his final game in the show, his team are facing another GOM team, and he realises his star sign is weak while his opponent is strong, and the lucky item for the day is missing. Midorima basically accepts defeat and his team are behind going into the fourth quarter. He tells Takao that them losing is fated, and Takoa asks him to look at the team, and the fans, his he willing to accept that they will lose without a fight, and suddenly in the game Midorima decides that he doesn't care what fate is telling him, if fate is against him then he will take destiny in his own hands and win. Then he reaches the zone. With his three pointers they close the gap and narrowly lose out.
Not sure yet about story lines for Murasakibara and Akashi, maybe something to do with Akashi being threatened by his father that for losing the game to Seirin he has to give up basketball, but Akashi tells his dad that he won't give up, he will fight, but if he loses again then he will give up the family name.
At the end of the season, all of the GOM including Kuroko are invited to play for the Japanese youth league for their final year of highschool. The final moments of the series will feature a time skip to when the players are in their twenties, and they are all heading for the Olympics, where Kuroko enters the stadium where the players of all the nations are gathering, and stares at Kagami, who now players for the US team, and smiles.

The way I understand it, the word is supposed to refer to information about the circumstances of a certain phrase, thought or action. It does not refer to "excuses" or "irrelevant information that generates sympathy for me."
Let's say there's a video of me screaming the N word at people for 2 minutes straight, and I say "hold on hold on! That video is missing context!", and the context is that the video is taken from a play where I'm playing a member of the KKK. That additional information changes the circumstances in which that action was done so much so that it's nature is completely different.
Now, let's say that the missing context is "when I was 14, a black person killed my mom". That's maybe an explenation to my action, but does it change the context? Fuck no. Both with and without that piece of information, the context of my usage of the N word is exactly the same, it's just that I now provided a fact that I believe justifies or explains it.
So when Aba shows the clip of Myron mumbling and unable to come up with a reason to why he called him "bluepill" when he was on their podcast, and Myron says that Aba took this clip "out of context", and the "context" he provides was "I didn't remember what I said because I was tired from doing 3 shows a day and it was a while ago" - that's not a different context, that's an excuse.
And when that dumbfuck lawyer on Pearl's show says that Destiny is taking Tate's "how to be a pimp" videos "out of context" and the correct "context" is "he comes from a part of london where this is how people talk" - that's not a different context.
And when Abdrew Tate gets mad that the BBC interviewer takes the allegations against him "out of context" and the missing "context" is "there are many women who also defend me", that's not new "context".

What's going on?

A recent Reddit policy change threatens to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.

What's the plan?

On June 12th, many subreddits will be going dark to protest this policy. Some will return after 48 hours: others will go away permanently unless the issue is adequately addressed, since many moderators aren't able to put in the work they do with the poor tools available through the official app. This isn't something any of us do lightly: we do what we do because we love Reddit, and we truly believe this change will make it impossible to keep doing what we love.
The two-day blackout isn't the goal, and it isn't the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they've broken, we'll use the community and buzz we've built between then and now as a tool for further action.
What can you do?

Complain. Message the mods of reddit.com, who are the admins of the site: message reddit: submit a support request: comment in relevant threads on reddit, such as this one, leave a negative review on their official iOS or Android app- and sign your username in support to this post.
Spread the word. Rabble-rouse on related subreddits. Meme it up, make it spicy. Bitch about it to your cat. Suggest anyone you know who moderates a subreddit join us at our sister sub at ModCoord.
Boycott and spread the word...to Reddit's competition! Stay off Reddit entirely on June 12th through the 13th- instead, take to your favorite non-Reddit platform of choice and make some noise in support!
Don't be a jerk. As upsetting this may be, threats, profanity and vandalism will be worse than useless in getting people on our side. Please make every effort to be as restrained, polite, reasonable and law-abiding as possible.

End real women and give everyone the same universal set of genitals.

This is my second favorite solution. The problem is that women have to change, but seeing that they were made for men this is no big deal.
