VANCOUVER, BC / THENEWSWIRE / May 25, 2023 – Element 79 Gold Corp. (CSE:ELEM) (OTC:ELMGF) (FSE: 7YS) ("Element 79 Gold", the "Company") announces that, further to its November 17, 2022 release, the Company has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") for the sale of two properties from its Battle Mountain Portfolio located in the gold mining district of northeastern Nevada, US to a subsidiary of Centra Mining Ltd. ("Centra").
Under the terms of the Agreement, Centra has agreed to purchase all of Element79 Gold's interests and obligations in relation to the Long Peak Project ("Long Peak") and the Stargo Project ("Stargo") in exchange for a total consideration of CAD 1,000,000 payable by the issuance of an aggregate of 2,500,000 common shares of Centra at a deemed price of CAD 0.40 per share (the “Payment Shares”). The transaction is expected to close on or before June 30, 2023, and is subject to regulatory approval.

This achievement further helps to highlight the currently-unrealized value of the individual properties in the Battle Mountain portfolio, helping to re-envision a benchmark for corporate valuation and enabling us to unlock additional value from our extensive portfolio of prospective properties while increasing Element79 Gold’s focus, energy and capital flows on developing its flagship Maverick Springs and both defining a resource at and bringing production online at Lucero in 2024.”
Element79 Gold’s Battle Mountain Portfolio
The Battle Mountain Portfolio was originally comprised of 15 separate projects totaling over 44,478 acres across 2,203 unpatented claims in five counties: Elko County, Eureka County, Humboldt County, Lander County, and Nye County. Most of the Battle Mountain Portfolio is located within the Battle Mountain Trend, with several projects close to globally reputable gold deposits including Nevada Gold's Cortez Mine.
The Battle Mountain Portfolio is comprised primarily of early-stage projects. While drilling has been completed at some projects, such as Elder Creek (155 holes) and Clover (104 holes), many have only surface sampling and geophysical surveys completed. Of particular note are the Long Peak, Elephant, Elder Creek, North Mill Creek, Clipper, Pipeline South, West Cortez, and Walti Projects, which are interpreted to lie along the northwest trending fault that hosts the high-grade Pipeline deposit, which is included in Nevada Gold's Cortez Mine.

The Long Peak Project
Long Peak is comprised of 34 unpatented claims located near Copper Basin and the Copper Canyon Mine in Lander County, Nevada. Long Peak hosts significant historic prospects, warranting further exploration at Long Peak.
The Stargo Project
Stargo is comprised of 337 unpatented claims located south of the Battle Mountain Trend in Nye County, Nevada. The large claim block contains attractive host rocks, tertiary age intrusives, and appropriate aged structural preparation to represent an attractive area for exploration target development.

As a therapist, I encourage clients to practice self-care in any way that suits them. For some, that looks like carving out time to see friends, getting outside, spending an evening watching movies, or spending time doing hobbies we love. But it can look like anything. No matter what your self-care looks like, it is valid and good. In this blog post, I will share with you one of my favorite forms of self-care.
As many of my clients know, I love to read. Reading has always been a part of my life, but it became a form of self-care in 2020. I was living alone with my family in different states, and I needed an outlet that wasn’t just baking cookies and watching The Princess Diaries for the millionth time. So, I found a bookish community online, picked up my first book in a long time, and never stopped.
I am a romance reader, but I am trying to branch out and read different genres this year. What has helped the most is being a part of a monthly book club and exploring the never-ending recommendation lists of friends, co-workers, and tiktokers. While I will never entirely stray from my beloved romance novels, it has been so much fun to explore and find books I would have never picked up but loved so much. So far this year, I have read 37 books, and in this blog, I will share my top 5 reads with you.
1. Charm by Tracy Wolff Charm is the fifth installment of the Crave Series by Tracy Wolff. This series is so much fun! It is a Young Adult Fantasy series that starts with the book Crave. The series has magic, fantastical characters, and Twilight jokes that will keep you laughing throughout the entire series. I picked up the first book of this series in 2020 and have been following along ever since. Charm is in this line-up because we get to watch two of my favorite Characters go from hating each other to choosing each other in the most unexpected ways.
2. Final Offer by Lauren Asher Final Offer is the third book in the Dreamland Billionaires Series. This series is around three brothers who have the opportunity to earn their inheritance if they fulfill the requirements of their grandfather’s final wishes. Final Offer is about the middle child of the Kane boys, Cal or Callahan, as he hates to be called. I love this story because we get a glimpse of what living with anxiety and alcoholism looks like, and it is told in such a beautiful way. This story is a second chance romance with so much heart and will cause all the happy tears as we watch Cal fight his mental health issues and find his way.
3. The Sex Lives of African Women: Self-Discovery, Freedom, and Healing By Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah You can tell from the title. This book is about the sex lives of African women. I loved every second of this book and the important stories we heard. Nana interviews hundreds of women worldwide to tell their stories and discuss the importance of female sexuality. Nana shares in the book the importance of this narrative because of how whitewashed and male-focused the conversation of sex can be. This is a powerful read that I recommend.
4. The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work: A Practical Guide from the Country’s Foremost Relationship Expert By John Gottman and Nan Silver This book was less for pleasure and more of a read for work, but it still deserves to be up here because it provided great insight and new ways to look at marriage. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, part of the work is staying current with the research and exploring many different therapy models. As an EFT and CBT based therapist, I found that Gottman’s interventions were helpful and valuable for my work. However, this book is not just for therapists; I highly recommend this for any couple wanting a deeper connection with their partner.
5. By a Thread by Lucy Score Lucy Score is an author that I have quickly fallen in love with. I have only read two of her books, but I would love to read her backlog sometime soon. Her book, By a Thread, is about a girl who gets fired from her job because some jerk complained, just for her to land a job at that same jerk’s office! This wonderful grumpy and sunshine office romance kept me giggling and swooning the entire book.

Like any cyclical market, another crypto bull run is on the horizon. Exactly when it will arrive is hard to tell, but analysts estimate it could happen by late 2023 or early 2024
In Web3, the bear markets are a time to build and innovate, and the quiet surrounding them tends to breed ingenuity and creativity. This bear market has been no different. Within this bear market period, two new tech sectors are paving the way to lead the next crypto bull run: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and tokenization.
Social Media has already accepted that AI is going to change everything. AI applications already range from natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, machine learning and generative AI, to name just a few.
In the first half of this year, applications of AI-generated text and images from the chatbot ChatGPT and the text-to-image software Dall-E from OpenAI have taken the world by storm.
While both such software does not use cryptocurrencies or blockchain, the hype around these apps has catapulted crypto traders to bet on crypto AI projects and AI-focused tokens as the next area of exponential growth.

The great potential of AI and tokenization combined

Tokenization refers to converting real-world assets into digital tokens on the blockchain. This enables fractional ownership, increased liquidity, and easier transferability of traditionally illiquid assets such as real estate, art or commodities.
The disruptive aspect of tokenization is something many people and businesses have yet to grasp fully. Still, its impacts could be just as momentous as AI. Its potential to transform the global economy is both fantastic and terrifying.
AI and cryptocurrency didn’t take long to ally themselves through AI crypto tokens. This new digital asset class uses blockchain technology and AI together.
They fuel AI-based projects or apps, such as decentralized exchanges or markets, services for creating images or texts or investment protocols based on AI.
Compared to cryptocurrencies like BTC or ETH, which are the native assets of a blockchain, AI tokens are created as part of a platform built on an existing blockchain network.
AI algorithms have the potential to significantly enhance the security of crypto tokens by detecting anomalies or predicting potential threats before they occur and make real-time adjustments.
This can help investors and traders mitigate risks during periods of volatility and even save enterprises millions of dollars in damages and lost revenue due to data breaches.
In addition to security, crypto traders can benefit from AI-powered algorithms that enable enhanced trading strategies. Compared to humans, AI can analyze large volumes of data much quicker and identify patterns and trends in cryptocurrency markets — from token prices to social media sentiment and news articles.
This facilitates traders to develop more sophisticated and profitable trading strategies, potentially leading to increased market efficiency.
AI can also enhance DeFi lending and borrowing platforms by providing more accurate risk assessment models, optimizing liquidity provision and automating various processes.
While AI can now process, optimize, and handle a human-like approach to problem-solving and processes at terrific scales. Tokenization can provide the infrastructure to remove the limitations of trading previously illiquid assets.
The historical issue with valuable assets, be it gold, silver, gems, property, bonds or fine art, has always been finding a buyer.
It is not that people didn’t want the item; it was just difficult to find someone who could afford it; this can be a lengthy process through traditional methods.
Tokenization removes this problem and fractionalizes it, meaning anyone can buy a piece of a valuable asset for a relatively small investment within minutes on both centralized and decentralized exchanges; gone are the days of a lengthy buying process.
We have only just begun to understand the actual impacts AI and tokenization will have on the world. Various factors, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and investor sentiment, still influence the market, and these safeguards are likely to be needed further down the road.
For many, an interconnected and instantaneous world of AI and tokenized assets sounds like something from a high-science fiction book.
